Eye editing
In this tutorial you will learn this:



Step 1 Open your image and duplicate the layer (I croped it down to just the eyes)

Step 2 choose a small round brush, set the opacity of it to around 25% and the color to white, now go over the white part of the eye. merge the layers and dublicate them again

Step 3 Choose the color you would like your eyes to be, take a small round brush and set it to overlay, opacity to 45% and go over the colord part of both eyes. You should have something like this:

Step 4 Make a new Layer, take a round brush and set it back to normal opacity 100%.
Now go around the eyes like this:

then set the layer to Overlay. Go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 5.0
Merge all the layers

Step 5 Make a new Layer, take an eyelash Brush (you can get some here I did not make these !!)
and the color black. Brush once and then go to Edit >> Free Transform (or Ctrl+T). Now move and resize it so it fits the eye, like this:

Now again go to Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 5.0
Do this to all Lashes (top && bottom) on both eyes and your done :D
